UK Shipping (2–3 working days)

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by delays outside of our control.

Europe Shipping (7–14 working days)

European orders are sent using tracked international shipping.

Import VAT, customs duties or other fees may be charged by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping price.

Customs processing may result in longer delivery times.

Please contact us if you haven’t received your order within 30 working days of dispatch.

USA Shipping (10–15 working days)

USA orders are sent using tracked international shipping with applicable US import duties and customs handling fees included in the shipping price.

This means there should normally be no additional customs charge to pay when your order is delivered.

Canada Shipping (10–15 working days)

Canadian orders are sent using tracked international shipping.
